The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Perfume bottles that are opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchange

Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect items.

Opened perfumes, used testers, or items bought on sale or offer are non-refundable.
